Dolph is passionate about people businesses and culture-driven leadership.
The last 10+ years Dolph has led private equity owned companies, completing 3 successful investment exits, following diverse value creation journeys.

Jakob Brevinge - Chief Financial Officer
Jakob Brevinge joined as CFO of BREXA international in October 2024. Jakob comes to us with a strong background in finance and strategic management, having being part of the Private Equity team at Bain Capital for over a decade. More recently, Jakob was Senior Director of Finance at Kantar where he drove significant improvements in cash flow and working capital visibility. He started his career at McKinsey & Company. Jakob's deep expertise in leading financial transformations and strategic planning will be crucial as we continue to strengthen our financial foundation.

Beatrix Klein
Beatrix Klein - Chief Acceleration Officer
Beatrix Klein joined as CAO of BREXA International in November 2025. She previously worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she spent 10+ year as a Partner within BCG's Financial Institutions and Technology Advantage practices in London and Toronto. Her experience has been mainly focused on Digital Transformation, Agile Delivery and Advanced Analytics programs across North America and Europe where she has successfully led multiyear transformation journeys. She brings a track record of both strategy and impact delivery which will benefit BREXA as she works to shape the transformation agenda. Outside of work, Beatrix enjoys taking spin classes, drinking good French wine and trying to fight the ‘home chaos’ created by her two young boys with her husband Hugo.

Rob Goldsmith
Rob Goldsmith - General Counsel
Rob Goldsmith joined as General Counsel in May 2025. He has previously held senior roles within both the corporate and private equity sectors. Rob spent nearly 4 years at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in London partnering with all of the European asset classes on their investment and portfolio management strategies. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Ferguson plc having a number of legal roles and responsibilities, including regional general counsel to the Continental European businesses based out of Zurich, Switzerland, general counsel to the US e-commerce division based out of Virginia, US, and heading up the group legal function based out of UK. Rob started his career at Freshfields in London. He has expertise in executing on complex corporate and m&a project, as well as providing pragmatic and strategic advice to board and executive management.

Fareen Najeeb
Fareen Najeeb - Senior Director - International Group Controller
Fareen joined the organisation in June 2025 and will be leading the Finance and Controllership function of our international business. She brings a wealth of experience from her career spanning over 15 years that includes working for PwC and listed businesses where she led the reporting function and assurance business services.
She has been working in the private equity space over the last 10 years holding finance leadership roles encompassing finance transformation, reporting and controllership, business process improvements, treasury and tax on a global remit.
Fareen is passionate about growing businesses, building scalable functions, people development and enablement. Fareen lives in London with her husband and two children and enjoys family time, travelling and cooking.

Richard is a treasury professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial services and commodities sectors. He brings expertise in process transformation, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation within fast-paced, global environments. Skilled in cash management and banking strategy, Richard has played a key role in helping organisations maintain financial agility and operational resilience across volatile markets.
Throughout his career, Richard has led key initiatives including the implementation of treasury management systems, development of cash forecasting processes, and optimisation of working capital. He has a strong interest in leveraging technology, business analytics, and process automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk across treasury functions.
Richard holds an honours degree in Business Administration and Geography from the University of Keele in the UK, as well as a Certificate in International Treasury Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Jasmin Shah - FP&A Manager
Jasmin is a finance professional with industry experience across various sectors. She brings a broad mix of financial, analytical, and operational expertise developed through roles spanning start-ups to global companies with unicorn status. Her background covers financial planning and analysis, leading system implementations, and strategic business partnering — all underpinned by a commercial mindset and a focus on driving business impact.
Throughout her career, Jasmin has helped scale and streamline finance functions, supporting both high-growth and transformation initiatives. She has led on core finance operations, supported fundraising efforts, and partnered closely with leadership teams to enhance performance visibility.
Jasmin holds a degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). She began her career as one of the first hires at an Artificial Intelligence start-up in Product Design, before transitioning into finance and qualifying at PwC, where she worked with Asset and Wealth Management clients within the Assurance practice.

Stuart Edwards
Stuart Edwards - Director of Internal Audit
Stuart joined Brexa International in October 2025.
He is an accomplished internal audit, risk and controls professional with over 20 years experience. He has driven change and transformation and performed within complex, multinational, capital intensive and regulated businesses.
Stuart was Previously Head of Internal Audit and Assurance at Thames Water where he successfully built a high performing team and transformed the function to deliver high quality audit, risk and advisory services, which held the upmost credibility with the Executive and the Board. He started his career with Telewest (later re-branded Virgin Media) where he managed internal audit, risk and SOX processes, before spending 8 years with Serco Group PLC where he led the Financial Processes & Controls team, and later headed up Internal Audit for the UK, Europe, ASPAC and Group Functions.
Stuart is a Chartered member (CMIIA) of the Institute of Internal Auditors and also holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies. He is considered a strong but pragmatic negotiator, with impeccable business judgement, and holds the highest standards of integrity.

Kate King
Kate King - Executive Assistant
Kate joined Brexa International at its inception in October 2024 to support the CEO and CFO. Leveraging over 20 years of experience working with senior executives, she has been central to building Brexa’s operational foundations, designing and embedding administrative and business systems that enable the executive team to operate efficiently as the company scaled.
Her career spans multiple industries, including design, media, renewable energy, and infrastructure, before transitioning into the private equity sector in 2019. Within private equity, Kate held senior Executive Assistant roles in high-growth technology with TechFABS at Bain Capital, as well as in EdTech within a portfolio company of CGE Partners, gaining in-depth exposure to dynamic , high-growth environments.
Known for her ‘can do’ attitude and practical, solutions focussed approach, Kate is a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring that complex operations run smoothly and executives are supported to focus on growth, strategy, and high-impact initiatives.

Laura Hunt
Laura Hunt - Executive Assistant
Laura joined Brexa International in September 2025 as EA to Jakob Brevinge CFO and the wider Finance Team.
Laura has over 18 years of experience in administrative support, having started her career whilst still in full time study managing luxury gyms, before moving into financial and legal sectors, with a broad scope of experience which includes significant tenures at Wilmer Hale and Redburn Partners.
Laura is people driven and deeply passionate about positive and diverse working cultures with strong team ethics.
Laura also has a background in the arts and was a choral bursar at Greenwich University, before commencing her professional singing career and writing music for film and television. Laura is also a published writer and holds a 2:1 Batchelors degree in English Literature from the University of Greenwich
